Who we are?

THRLC Inc was created in 2014, and officially incorporated in 2018. THRLC Inc.  represents 5 key Principles : Trust, Honesty, Respect, Loyalty, Communication.    This is what we stand for, the goal behind our organization is giving back to the community. We want to provide a paradigm shift, by introducing a transformative REAL WORLD TRAINING approach to our developmental training, entrepreneurial mentoring programs.

 

THRLC Inc. mentors have more than 20 years of experience in various areas including the HVAC-R, Plumbing, Electrical, Behavioral Health industries. Our approach to mentorship is introducing and exposing our Youth and Justice Involved participants to have opportunities who normally would not be exposed or afforded the ability to successfully experience, achieve and one day, pay it forward. 


The skills taught in this program will do just that.

THRLCTEAM aims to empower the young and youth from age 14-18 and 18-25 with handworks so they can make an honest living anywhere they find themselves. Our mission is to provide accessible training in various handworks and skills to equip them for the future. We believe that by doing this, we are helping to create a better future for generations to come.
