THRLC Inc. was founded in 2014 and officially incorporated in 2018, built on five core principles: Trust, Honesty, Respect, Loyalty, and Communication. These values are the foundation of everything we do.

Our mission is simple: to give back to the community by creating real, lasting opportunities for youth and young adults. We offer a transformative, real-world training model that blends developmental learning, entrepreneurial mentorship, and hands-on industry exposure.

With more than 20 years of combined experience across HVAC-R, plumbing, electrical, and behavioral health, our mentors equip youth—including justice-involved participants—with pathways they may never have been exposed to. We provide access, guidance, and the chance to achieve their goals—and eventually, to pay it forward.
